Training isn't a phase at the end of the project - it runs through the whole delivery, at the point where each group of people actually needs it.
We start with RamBasic and base data, so your team can work with articles, customers and suppliers before anything depends on it. Then superusers workshops on your own processes and your own data, not a generic demo. End-user training comes before go-live. And during hypercare we run recap sessions - because that's when the real questions surface, once people are doing the job for real.
Your business doesn't stand still, and your processes shouldn't either. New products, new people, new demands from your customers - over time the way you work moves ahead of the way your system is set up to support it.
We start by mapping your processes on site, together with the people who run them. Then we do the work. Our consultants step into your organisation and take operational ownership of the improvement - driving the changes through, reconfiguring what needs reconfiguring, and building the competence in your team as they go. Where it makes sense, they hold a role in the line while the change is being made, with the mandate to actually decide and move things forward.

We configure RamBase and run initial training on RamBasic and base data: articles, customers, suppliers. Data migration preparation starts here, early and deliberately.
Workshops with your superusers on the processes in scope of the contract. Your people, your data, your workflows.
We adapt RamBase to your processes, with focus on alignment and connectivity across them. The phase closes with a pre-UAT workshop, where data migration is the main event.
Cut off from the old system, migrate data, reconcile stock, activate RamBase. Our consultants are on site during the first days of real operation.
We monitor the system and verify data through the first weeks, and recommend recap training in this period. Then you're handed over to Support and your Customer Success Manager.
