He runs internal audits, prepares organisations for external ones, and follows up incidents and deviations so improvements actually happen. Degree in HSEQ engineering.

12 years in risk management, compliance and process improvement. Food and beverage, dairy and poultry processing - and electrical installations, telecom and energy through her RamBase projects. Theoline started on the factory floor as a process operator and worked her way to Risk Manager and senior project lead for governance, risk and compliance at TINE, Norway's largest dairy group. She builds management systems people actually use - at Blu Electro she took close to 200 procedures down to just above 100 and turned them into processes the organisation runs on. Master's in food science.

Heidi Østensjø

Heidi Østensjø

13 years in quality, HSE and management systems Subsea and offshore operations, commercial diving, and ports and maritime logistics. Heidi has taken companies through certification five times over, as project manager for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and Miljøfyrtårn. At Karmsund Port, Heidi established the management system from the ground up and delivered three certifications within a three-year period. Previously, at Otech Marine Services, she built and implemented the management system that resulted in two successful certifications. With a proven track record of creating robust management systems and leading certification projects, Heidi combines extensive practical experience with a degree in HSEQ Engineering.

18 years of experience in Business Management Systems (BMS), quality and management systems, BPMN process modelling, Lean, continuous improvement, risk management, process modelling (BPMN), transformation and implementation. (Entire PDCA-circle). He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, and is certified as an Enterprise Architect (EA), Lean Yellow Belt, ISO 31000 Risk Management, and ITIL 4 professional. Eric has extensive experience with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation and improvement initiatives, as well as quality, management, and EA platforms including RamBase, ARIS, QLM (Arribatec), APOS, and Datakvalitet. He has provided consulting and advisory services to organizations on all levels such as DNO, Equinor, Aker BP, Vår Energi, OKEA, Tensio, Lyse, Sporveien, Orlen (PGNiG/LOTOS), OMV, and PX Norge.
