RamBase joins Make UK Defence to strengthen support for UK defence manufacturers

RamBase is pleased to announce that we are now members of Make UK Defence, further strengthening our commitment to supporting UK manufacturers operating in, or preparing to enter, the defence supply chain.

RamBase already supports manufacturers working in demanding defence, aerospace, marine and advanced manufacturing supply chains, including Make UK Defence members such as On-Systems and WKW Precision Engineering.

Our membership builds on that existing commitment and strengthens our role in helping manufacturers improve operational control, quality management, traceability and supply chain readiness.

It also follows recent engagement with the defence manufacturing community, including exhibiting at Make UK Defence’s Fit for Defence 101 event in Bristol and, more recently, the Defence Procurement Conference in Birmingham, held in partnership with Make UK Defence.

Across these conversations, the message has been clear: manufacturers are looking for practical ways to become more defence-ready, not only by identifying new opportunities, but by strengthening the systems, processes and evidence needed to deliver with confidence.

From defence ambition to operational readiness

For many manufacturers, the opportunity in defence is clear. The challenge is building the capability, confidence and control needed to compete and deliver successfully.
