Specializing in the Finance module of our Cloud ERP system, Hans-Morten plays a key role in shaping how our product evolves, and how our customers succeed.
Hans-Morten has spent nearly a decade at RamBase, and when asked why he’s stayed, the answer comes easily.
“It’s because of the people. We have an incredible team culture. A true knowledge-sharing environment,” he says. “If you’re unsure about something, there’s always someone ready to help. Whether it’s development, product, consulting or support, we all work closely together, and even closer with our customers.”

“For me, the most rewarding part of the job is meeting customers, especially when we’re onsite. It’s inspiring to see how they work, and to meet skilled, knowledgeable people across finance, but also in areas like production, logistics, and procurement,” he explains.
That direct interaction doesn’t just fuel insight, it shapes the future of the product itself.
“There are real opportunities here to influence the further development of RamBase,” Hans-Morten adds. “You’re not just implementing a system; you’re part of improving it.”
