Our product team have been working tirelessly for a long time on the QMS PowerUp project, crafting a modern QMS that is more intuitive, flexible, and powerful.
This means RamBase Quality Management System will be delivered on the RamBase Cloud ERP platform. Your current QHSES module will soon be renamed to Quality - where you will access your RamBase QMS.
You'll enjoy all the benefits of the new RamBase QMS - improved performance, a seamless user experience, and continuous updates, all within the tested and trusted RamBase Cloud platform. All your existing documents and version history will be intact, and migrated over on the new platform.
We're excited to finally invite you on board so you can get familiar with the changes well in time for the official launch later this year.

We are moving the system to RamBase Cloud platform to improve performance, provide a better user experience, deliver faster updates and secure long-term sustainability.
No. Your experience will stay familiar, while the underlying platform becomes faster, more reliable, and easier to improve over time. Think of it as changing the engine, not redesigning the car.

We will reach out to you individually in June to align on a migration plan. We aim to get all customers up and running on the new platform as soon as possible. The migration is mandatory to secure ongoing security and support.
We anticipate minimal to no downtime during the migration, due to our phased approach. In rare cases, brief downtime may occur. We'll schedule these during off-peak hours and notify you at least 48 hours in advance.
The duration of the migration process depends on volume of data, the complexity of your setup, and any custom integrations involved.
Your data is our top priority and is encrypted throughout the entire transition. We adhere to global compliance standards (GDPR, ISO 27001) and enforce strict internal access controls.
Our migration approach does not alter your original source environment. Your source data remains completely untouched and intact throughout the entire process.

Migration: You will be fully supported during migration. If there is an error, create an incident ticket in the Support Portal and the Support Team will coordinate with development. There will be a 2 week Hypercare window after your migration is complete to ensure we deal swiftly with any discrepancies.
Training: E-learning, online training and webinars will be organized to ensure your organization is ready for the change and gets full value from the system. You can also turn to our upgraded User Documentation for full details.
