We can’t wait to welcome you to the RamBase Summit – an unforgettable experience designed to shape the future together. Below you will find the most important information about the events.

Price and payment

Price: 5900.- NOK per person

Early-bird offer: 4900.- NOK per person (first 30 signups)

The event fee includes lunch and dinner on the first day, and lunch and refreshments on the second day.

You can choose to pay by card or invoice.

The event fee will be invoiced in March 2026, after the cancellation deadline.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included.

Please book your accommodation at Sola Strand Hotel at a discounted event rate through this link.

Cost is 1345 NOK per night for a double room, single occupancy and 1545 NOK per night for double occupancy

There is limited number of rooms available, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

If you do not wish to stay at Sola Strand Hotel, Clarion Hotel Air is another option.

Sign up

Sign up is done via CheckIn using this sign up form.

You will receive your email confirmation directly from CheckIn. Your ticket will be sent to you by email a few days before the event.

You can sign up multiple persons at once.

You can choose to pay by card or invoice.

Cancellation is free of charge until March 15th 2026. See instructions in order confirmation email.

Transportation

We have not arranged for transportation to and from the airport.

The event venue is located 6 minutes from the airport by car.

Let us know in case you need help with transportation and we will assist you.
