COURSE: Procurement
Welcome to our Procurement course, primarily designed for new and less experienced RamBase Cloud ERP users working with purchasing and supplier management. With major updates being introduced, the course is also relevant for more experienced users, as it will guide you through the key changes so you can navigate the new procurement experience with confidence. After completing this course, you’ll also be well prepared to continue your learning journey with the Advanced Procurement course.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

- Schedule: 09:00 - 16:00.
- Location: RamBase offices in Aksdal.
- Cost: The course fee is 5100 NOK (excluding VAT), which includes lunch and light refreshments. Payment will be invoiced to the company after the course.
- Equipment: Please bring your computer for an optimal learning experience.
- Minimum Enrollment: The course is subject to rescheduling or cancellation if fewer than four participants enroll by the deadline.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your enrollment, please do so by the enrollment deadline.
- Registration: The enrollement deadline is 9 May 2025.

Hans-Morten Daae
Hans-Morten is a finance specialist with a background in ERP systems and the mechanical industry. Before joining RamBase in 2016, he worked as a self-employed certified accountant. As a consultant in RamBase, he enjoys helping clients implement new systems and has gained valuable insights from skilled professionals in various industries. Meeting, advising and teaching customers and partners, both locally and internationally, really motivates him.

Morten is a Senior Business Consultant at RamBase and has been with the company since 2019. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, he brings solid expertise in purchasing, warehouse operations, logistics management, procurement, and materials management. Morten has a strong track record of helping customers optimise their operations and get the most out of RamBase.

English is the primary language used in RamBase, and therefore the default language of instruction for all our courses. All course materials and resources are provided in English. However, if all participants prefer Norwegian, the course can be delivered in Norwegian.
Most of our courses begin at 10:00 to accommodate participants arriving on morning flights from Oslo. As there are no direct bus routes, taking a taxi is the best option. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes, and taxis are normally available outside the airport when morning flights arrive.
If you arrive at Haugesund Airport and are travelling to Haugesund, the best option is to take a taxi. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
To travel from Haugesund to Aksdal, you can either take the local bus or a taxi. From Aksdal, you will need to take a taxi or walk 1.5 km to reach our offices.
Travel times from Haugesund to Aksdal:
- Taxi: Approximately 20 minutes
- Bus: Approximately 30 minutes, plus a 20-minute walk
We have an agreement with Banken Hotel in Haugesund. Details about the terms and booking process will be included in your confirmation email when you sign up for a course. Banken Hotel is not very large, and hotels in Haugesund tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking your accommodation as soon as you register—regardless of where you choose to stay.
Yes. We offer ample parking spaces around our building for visitors. In the unlikely event that our car park is full, please let us know and we will promptly arrange convenient alternative parking nearby.
