Why can I not log in to the Insights Portal?

You should have received an invitation email and accepted. If you believe you have been invited but cannot find the email, please check your junk mail folder. 

The invitations are aimed at system administrators, preferably one per company.  

We encourage you to review your feedback with your system administrator, who can submit the feedback on behalf of your company.

What to submit?

It doesn't matter if your feedback is big or small. We welcome all insights. 

Tell us your challenges and desired outcomes, not just features, so we can deliver solutions that drive impact. 

We love to receive feedback on our potential candidates for upcoming development initiatives making sure we have enough insight for building the best solutions. 

This simple problem statement format helps us understand the root cause, provide flexibility in designing the best solution and ensures alignment with your business goals and priorities: 

  • What is the challenge? (Describe the pain point)
  • Who is affected? (Roles, departments)
  • What outcome do you want? (Business goal or metric) 

 

What not to submit?

The portal is for product feedback and insights.  

If there are issues with the system, things that are not working or bugs, please send a support ticket through the service portal, and not the Insights Portal. 

Who can submit feedback?

Innovation is not limited to a specific team or department. It is a collective effort, and we need everybody to help bring fresh insight to our organization. 

We encourage the system administrators to give feedback on behalf of the organization. Please ensure that the insight provided are aligned within your organization and prioritized based on the value it would bring.

What happens with the feedback after submission?

Our team will review every feedback and reply, so you can be confident that your voice is heard. 

Once the feedback has been submitted the product management team will assess it and respond according to our priorities. Product Management will synchronize the insights with strategic initiatives and roadmaps. 

We will use the feedback as insight to our upcoming development. All feedback will be closed when assessed, independent of outcome. Not everything can be built or resolved. We will make sure to be transparent in our priorities.
