Teaming up with MSC helps bring out innovative ERP solutions

Maximum Solution Consulting UK, (MSC), is the first RamBase partner in the UK. This marks an important step in our international journey, where we partner with outstanding companies - opening up  a world of opportunities. 

 

Experienced experts 

Being seasoned veterans implementing ERP systems, MSC makes for a great partner. Their experience from a variety of industries, including electronics manufacturers, serves us as a great strength. Also, teaming up with partners such as MSC helps bring out innovative ERP solutions to manufacturing and wholesale companies across the globe.

We’ve already seen a glimpse of the great collaboration that this partnership can bring to the table. The first project we worked on together,  was implementing RamBase Cloud ERP for the electronic manufacturer JST UK:

MSC has proven themselves as experts, time and time again, which comes in handy for every project.

 

Teaming up with RamBase

 For us in RamBase, partnering up with companies is a vital part of our strategy. It’s the lifeblood of the RamBase supply chain itself - with the software being supplied and delivered by certified partners. When you get the best of both worlds, it tends to work!

It goes without saying, but partnerships should be beneficial for both parties involved. While chatting with Andrew Barraclough, he mentions one of the many upsides that come along when teaming up with RamBase: 

"It opens up a whole new market of different industries and companies to us at MSC UK to grow into in the future going forward”, he says.


As seasoned veterans in the ERP market, MSC knew very well what they were looking for in an ERP-partner. He goes on to mention one of the key factors for choosing RamBase: 

"The software itself, the interface in RamBase is one of the best I've seen in any ERP system." 


Trust is key

There are other considerations beside industry experience and innovative technology solutions that come into play when a partnership takes place. Knowledge, understanding and trust are all key factors playing their part. Barraclough goes on to tell us how the people of MSC already knew RamBase’s Country Manager UK, Tony Flannagan, prior to teaming up:

"We already had that relationship and that trust between us. So when Tony came along and recommended RamBase to us immediately we said, yes, we'd look at it. And we were not disappointed”, he shares.

It got the conversation started, and was the beginning of a journey learning more about each other's companies and expertise. Moreover, that was the very beginning of RamBase and MSC looking into the opportunity to work together. Now, the partnership is a well established and fruitful collaboration - working on growing together: 

"Now we're beginning to build that trusted relationship with the RamBase people ourselves directly. That's going to help us going forward because, at the end of the day, you have to trust the people that you deal with”, Barraclough adds. 

Barraclough continues to emphasize the value of building relationships:

"At the end of the day: people buy from people. Even in the ERP market, it's about building relationships”, he concludes.

The next chapter

Every single partnership paves the way for a new, exciting journey. Both RamBase and MSC are growing separately, and combining the best of both worlds when working together: 

"We have regular monthly calls where we get updates on new functionality coming. But besides that, we have ad hoc calls with the guys from RamBase saying how to get the best out of this functionality”, Barraclough says about the cooperation.
