What is WOC?
WOC is our Lean‑inspired module within RamBase Quality Management System that captures observations directly at the source, eliminating paperwork delays and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Its purpose is to ensure that a procedure, such as a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), operates effectively in the workplace, with the leader present to provide guidance and support throughout the process."
How it works

Supervisors can either scan a QR code at a control point or search for the procedure directly in the system on a tablet.

With the observed employee, they walk through the process, ticking off the WOC checklist as they go.

Feedback is logged immediately into the system, and agreed actions are created and followed up on the spot.
