Eirik delivers dynamic presentations on digitalization, AI, and robotics. As the founder of his own company, he helps global businesses adapt to the digital landscape. With expertise in business development and digital strategy, Eirik advocates for user empowerment and its impact on business. His talks blend entertainment and education, exploring the digital revolution's effects on individuals and businesses.
Dr. Nashater Deu Solheim
Nashater is an entrepreneurial executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in diverse, complex organisations across industries (Government UK & Norway, Corporate, Private & Public Health, Oil & Gas) and including building own businesses. She is the founder of PIN® “Persuasion, Influence & Negotiation” for businesses and leadership teams. We are exited that Nashater will share her organisation and leadership skills with us.
Prof. Dr. Daryl Powell
Prof. Dr. Daryl Powell is an award winning researcher and author on Lean Management, as well as Chief Scientist at SINTEF Manufacturing, Norway's leading centre of expertise in manufacturing. He is also Adjunct Professor at the University of South-Eastern Norway and Visiting Professor at the University of Bergamo in Italy. Daryl will share insights from his research on Quality 4.0 and the application of novel digital technologies for Zero Defect Manufacturing. He will also present important learning perspectives from his work on Digital Lean Manufacturing.
Espen Thompson
Espen Thompson works as a consultant for management and development at Vestfold Hospital. Previously served as a special advisor for organizational development at Gassnova, senior advisor for process and technology, and director for service and organizational development at Helfo. Espen also has a background as a consultant at RamBase QMS. Espen will demonstrate the practical application of quality work, offering thorough explanations and solidifying the theoretical framework for organizational quality management.
Customer insights
Pål Svanes is the CEO of Stamas Solutions. Stamas design, construct, mill, turn and process products for the oil service industry. Their attitude is “With us, you can expect both service and quality in the top tier. Our deliveries and products meet a very high standard and with business in high gear, it often happens that orders cannot wait. Here we put in an extra gear when it boils for our customers, of course without affecting the quality.”
Nils-Jørgen Sagebø is Solution Architect Purchase SP, EHS and Quality in Elkem. Elkem is one of the world's leading companies in the environmentally responsible manufacture of silicones, silicon and carbon based materials. Elkem has used Inosa, now RamBase QMS for manye years and Nils-Jørgen will give us an introduction of their operations, experiences and their journey with RamBase QMS.
Henrik Furu represents the Dynamic Precision Group, an ISO certified EMS partner with manufacturing in Norway. Their offerings comprise engineering and building complete box products at any scale from scratch. They specialize in low volume and high mix electronic manufacturing services. He will provide brief introduction of the EMS industry and Dynamic Precision’s operations and priorities for the future.

Practical Information
- Secure your spot at the summit with early bird price of 2000 NOK per person when you register before 15.02.24. The price per person will be 2300 NOK after
- Register three individuals and enjoy a complimentary spot for the fourth person.
- Payment for the event will be handled for the entire company once the deadline has passed.
- The event fee includes dinner on the first day, as well as a lunch and refreshments on the second day.
- Accommodation is not covered in the event fee and must be arranged separately.
- The venue for the event will be the luxurious Hilton Hotel Gdansk, situated in the heart of the old town of Gdansk.
